Just a quick announcement.

Ok, I'm tired, I'm sick, I want to go to bed.
BUT
I have to say that things have been amazing lately and it was nice to take a break from rocking out, but tomorrow we start song writing again, if I don't feel like dying (and maybe even if I do).

Oh and I am the HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

that is all.

Great Show

Hey everyone, last night was our big show at Bricktown Live in Downtown OKC! It was a blast! The whole band had a ton of energy and everyone had a good time. Everyone who had heard us play before said it was the best show they have heard us ever play and the crowd really seemed to enjoy it as well and that's all that really matters!

Just have to wait until Tuesday to see if we made it to the finals of the competition. In all honesty, as good and fun as the show was last night, if we don't make it to the finals, I don't think it will bother me at all. We played the best show we possibly could and that matters more than winning a competition.

After party after the show was pretty amazing as well! Got alot of good bro time in with friends I haven't seen in too long and really connected with a special girl.

Overall last night was probably the best night I've had all year.

You're on in 3...2...1...

Hey everyone, second day back from my lengthy hiatus! The next few days are going to be some crazy ones, but I have a feeling they are going to be some of the best of my life, ones that I'm going to have memories of forever.

Tomorrow is the biggest, most important show of my band's career thus far and I'm starting to get that feeling in the pit of my stomach. That kind of building anticipation that puts a smile on your face when you think about it. Tomorrow I get to do what I believe I was destined to do, I get to get on stage in front of people who came specifically to see us, and I get to share with them the passion that is my music. That is truly the most magical thing about performing on stage. Everyone can see the small emotions in your face when you sing the songs you wrote, that mean enough to you that you play them for the crowd.

There are no nerves however, even though this show could either be the end of the road in the competition and the starting line for a new road to the big time, or the gateway to the finals where we continue down the highway to glory. No matter what the outcome of this, It'll still be enough, because it'll be a ride that is fun as hell. Plus how could you not have fun with these guys:

By the way this was in the year 2009. yeah it's that old

But it would be cool to make the finals.....

The Return of the Blogger

Alright everyone. I know its been awhile and I had promised a long time ago to keep this going, but things got out of hand. BUT, I had recent inspiration to return to this blog and give you all an insight on what is going on in my head.

Lately things have been crazy and I'm just starting to realize that over the past year, I have changed and grown more as a person than I thought was possible. Recent events have enlightened me to the fact that I'm growing up. I know, I know, Chase you're 20 years old, don't you think you should have grown up a long time ago? Answer- PROBABLY

I will admit to everyone who reads this that around the time I was writing this blog last year that I didn't treat people, primarily girls that I took out, with the kind of respect that they deserve. I will admit that I was a heart breaker extraordinaire. Giving girls false hopes and dating several at the same time without them knowing. It was WRONG.

But over the past year I have learned my lesson and it will never happen again as long as I can help it.

It takes a broken heart to see the shattered pieces you broke yourself
